Man & Orca SCUBA Diving Pitch Sketch

On my summer vacations from Dana Hills High School in my Junior and Senior Years as well as throughout the school year, I pitched a number of sport diving and surfing graphic design sketches to Hobie Surfboards, Black Bart's Dive Shop--then owned by Naui Dive Master Carl Henguist (sp.?)--and to dozens of other venues around the entire Pacific Rim. Some bit the hook, paid me and took the art, never to be seen again. Many venues were afraid of being sued by SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, a subsidiary of SeaWorld Entertainment Inc., formerly known as Busch Entertainment Corporation for using ANY Orcinus orca imagery whatsoever. Eventually, a lawsuit did come and I prevailed, mostly by my inborn legal wits!
