AGENT: My Grandmother, Esther Frances ("Great Grandma Snow White") Coutu, a well known painter of the roses she grew as well as seascapes and desert stills. She was a member of the Laguna Niguel Art Association from 1969 until 1993. She served as my detective agency secretary and my secondary art agent from 04 January 1984 while I was in the Marine Corps until 23 October 1993. She even fed all my dogs, my hyacinth maccaw, my two spectacled caiman crocodilian pets, and my pythons when I was away.

LICENSEE: Dixi Hall of Dixi Hall and Associates, a subsidiary business of the Dixi Hall Art Supplies and Framing Shop Company, which was legendary in the Midtown Laguna Beach art centers district several miles south of the Downtown Main Beach business district. Dixi Hall (1911 - 2003) was active and living in Illinois, California and Germany but he loved Laguna Beach as his soul's gateway to heaven.

CONTRACT DURATION: The contract to print and distribute fourteen rendered mythological gods and goddesses was in force between the dates of 02 January 1978 through 02 January 1980.

He sold my grandmother and I all of our art supplies and assisted us in framing all of our drawings and paintings from 1969 until 2001. He never let us down and never left us without. Many times he critiqued the two of us like as if we were his students.
