"ALTERNATIVE 003 and OPERATION MAJESTIC Nuclear Tunneler"

I rendered most of this in 1998 with bits and pieces of detailing done on the lunar surface in my Monarch Beach condo's kitchen during my morning coffee time while the new wife and the even newer baby were still snoozing. I'd get experts on lunar soil, advanced machines systems, breakthrough propulsion physics and the design of model kits for old famous TV shows on the phone while I sketched and sipped. Would you believe that a kitchen countertop with a countertop-sized adjustable easel makes an excellent work surface and art studio?

This tunneler is a larger and more versatile tunneler version of those earlier and more conventional models developed for the United States Air Force and Army subterranean base construction which can be disassembled and packed up for transportation or assembled for transcontinental tunneling. It's coring and chewing head has been replaced by a heating element which utilizing heat transferred from a modified US Navy nuclear supercarrier's reactor, melts it's way through iron and silicates with equal ability while shoring the tunnel as it moves forward with glassified and cooling metallic walls. The fundimental concept engineering works as well in a near vacuum environment such as on the moon, a low pressure atmosphere environment such as that found on Mars, Earthlike conditions, and even in the deep ocean abyssal mountain and plain environments.

Reverse-engineered extraterrestrial levitation and propulsion technologies as well as metalcrystalline materials technologies which have created superior ceramic, metallic alloys and crystalline construction materials with the flexibility of concrete recipes and nearly all plastics have been utilized as much as was technologically feasible under the auspices of the United States Military-Industrial Complex.

I started with simple ball-point Bic pens (blue and black) along with other ball points which had ink chemistries that created different effects in soft morning window light. I was always a color guy but I became enamored with what I and several graphic guys at Gore called "Four Color Black & White. Markers, India ink, Prisma pencils and Prisma markers from Steve Gutierrez's Sterling Art in Irvine, California finished off the detailing on this piece. She was seen on TV in Hollywood, Brazilia, Japan, Hong Kong, throughout the European Union and of course Mexico and Argentina. All my video and digital transfers were done up in Hollywood near Paramount Studios at a facility called Wood Holly.

I was consulting with book authors Dr. Richard Sauder who was a secret bases and atomic tunneler expert, UFO abduction and horror science fiction author Whitley Strieber and Apollo 14 Astronaut alumni Dr. Edgar Mitchell on the phone for many of these mornings. I also used to bicker with Mutual UFO Network (MUFON) Los Angeles State Section Director Don Waldrop and Linda Moulton Howe as well as consulting with behind-the-scenes UFO research people from not only California, but also Belgium as well.
