Outbound

STORY: I think I completed this in 1984--An 8&1/2" X 11" Prismacolor, India ink and Pentel drawing--while sitting in the transient barracks in San Diego the day before I reported to Marine Corps Recruit Depot (MCRD) San Diego for Boot Camp on 04 January 1984. I think I was a little lit from a bottle of . . . Pusser's Rum, the 600 year old British Navy blend that a buddy shipped over to my parent's house in Monarch Beach from London. It's soooooooo very good you need neither ice cubes nor Coca-Cola. I sip it neat and at room temperature.
